Letcombe Bowers Microsite for premium property company Stowhill Estates

Design and build a single page micros site to help sell a new development of properties aimed at the London market. Using drone fly throughs, dymanic images, plans and simple navigation.

Introduction

Letcombe Bowers is an exclusive development of 5 house and barn conversions in a rural setting nestled within the South Oxfordshire Downs. Stowhill Estates asked BrandAsylum to design and build a single page micro-site to deliver engaging content that could be sued by the developer and agents to showcase the properties coming onto the market.

The challenge

The site needed to work in conjunction with the frequently changing information as the development progressed, with this in mind we delivered a WP site that was easily managed and updatable. Using the USP of the location the website was image led and with clear touch points that included plans, styling and funding options. As the work had not started the key was the sell the location and potential of this amazing development.

The Solution

A clean, concise image and key information led micro-site with a strong call to action. With a brochure style approach the site had a premium and exclusive look at feel. With simple UI and UX visitors were led down the page in a logical way that gave them all the information and more to make them want to know more. With the recent Covid restrictions, the micro-site also enabled potential investors and buyers to get a much more indepth look at the site rather than just property website images.

UX & Design

As a single page site the design and build had to work as a simple scroll down, therefore making the site engaging and wanting to know more paramount. Using striking images and engaging content the user is led through the page to a call to action at the end of the page.
