BrandAsylum is a collective of great people. When you first work with us, you’ll be in direct contact with our founders – Andrew and Rich. Instead of dealing with juniors all the time, you’ll have personal access to an experienced leadership team that’s strategic, creative and responsive.

Andrew Hancock

Senior Creative working within Integrated and Digital agencies, delivering truly integrated campaigns. Managing the creative output and workflow of creative teams, web designers, art workers and freelances. Experienced at pitching and presenting creative work to senior brand marketing directors of large multi national companies. Utilising new trends in marketing to answer client briefs in the best way possible.

Rich Tilling

An award-winning Designer with almost two decades’ experience spanning marketing, digital and creative agencies. His hybrid background enables him to operate at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity and technology. Able to deploy the right blend of strategic, campaign and systems thinking to solve brand and business problems in culturally impactful and commercially effective ways.

Joe Hannam Maggs

Joe is content strategist and copywriter with 20 years’ experience in marketing and brand communications. Having started out with a multinational corporation, he made the switch to the public sector in 2006. After founding Live By The Words, Joe has gone on to work for some of the biggest brands and brightest emerging businesses in the UK, Europe and US.
